Order Status
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification at the email you used for the purchase. You can also check the status of the order by logging in to your account.
All orders originate from the East Coast. Orders shipping to the East Coast will typically arrive within 2-3 days from shipping date. Orders shipping to the Midwest and West Coast typically take 3-5 days from shipping date. To get more precise delivery information you can Track Your Order (directions below).

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track the order. You can also login to your account and view your order history and status from the account page.
First, track your shipment using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email, or login to your account and select the order to view the status. Be sure all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you are still missing a box that shows a status as “delivered”, please contact our main office at (704) 542-2304 for assistance.

- Click on CREATE ACCOUNT
- Enter your FIRST & LAST NAME
- Then enter your EMAIL address & a PASSWORD
Login to your account and go to the addresses page. You can update or add any addresses you will ship to.
To reset your password, use the forgot password option on the login page.
On the login page, click on Forgot Your Password? Enter in your email address and a link will be sent to you where you can set a new password.
Pricing & Billing
All North Carolina residents pay NC Sales Tax.
